No-show policy
A £15 per head no-show fee will be applied to all reservations.
All reservations will be held for a period of 15 minutes. After this, the no-show policy applies, unless our front-of-house team had acknowledged otherwise.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations of reservations between 1 – 7 guests must be made within 24 hours.
Cancellations of reservations between 8 – 24 guests must be made within 7 days.
Cancellations of reservations of 25 guests and over must be made within 14 days.
Any cancellations outside of these times will be charged a fee of £15 per head.
Booking policy
Reservations of 10 guests or more will be required to provide a pre-order of food.
Under 18’s unaccompanied by an adult are not permitted in the venue after 6pm on a Friday and Saturday.
Under 18’s accompanied by an adult are not permitted in the venue after 9pm on a Friday and Saturday.
All reservations will be allocated a 2-hour time slot. If you require more time, please contact the venue directly.
The kitchen closes at 9:30pm Sunday – Thursday, and 10:30pm Friday – Saturday.
Deposits or minimum spends may be put in place depending on event requirements.
Dress code
We politely ask all our guests to follow a smart/casual dress code.
No tracksuits or jogging bottoms are permitted.
